What shirt brand do you print on?
All standard t-shirts are printed on amazing quality, cotton/ poly cotton blend tees. Our shirts have are trendy with a slim fit, but they run true to fit if sized per our sizing chart.
What size should I order?
Our sizes range from XS - 2XL. Please see our sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit. These are unisex (mens) tees. Women should order one size DOWN from their regular size. We typically use crew neck tees, but v-necks are available upon request.
What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. We use primarily use screen printed heat transfer processes.
Will the designs fade?
Some of the prints will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes. Washing instructions are found on the tag of each shirt or keep reading below.
Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:
- Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
- Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
- Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
- Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information. We DO NOT accept Paypal at this time.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is submitted we get to work creating your products which can take up to 4 business days.Standard shipping takes 7-10 business days. Expedited Shipping can take 3-5 business days.
Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. Things Christians Like has no control over shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will inform you by e-mail or phone.
During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 4 - 7 business days to ship. Most orders will ship before the 6th business day, but, you should prepare for the increased production time due to the increased volume we experience.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
What if I am not at home for the delivery?
Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the postal service will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you can then collect your package at the designated post office.
Tracking says my package is delivered but I haven't received anything what should I do?
If your address is correct and your package says "delivered" but hasn't reached you please contact the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are paid to USPS, and once the package has been handed off to them it is their job to get it to you.
Please review your shipping address when placing your order.
We CANNOT refund orders that have been marked as delivered to the address that you have given us. Things Christians Like is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions.
If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us within FIVE (5) business days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP. Items that are defective may only be replaced with the same product and design.

All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and have already been shipped.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Once your order is placed online, it cannot be canceled for any reason.
Is return shipping free?
Things Christians Like will reimburse return shipping fees for any item that is returned due to defects. Reshipment fees apply to all returned packages due to an undeliverable address. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping your item back to us.
PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
Things Christians Like reserves the right to have periodic promotions throughout the year. Discounts apply to regular priced items within the guidelines of the promotion. Discounts will be applied to your cart subtotal before taxes and shipping. Applicable taxes and fees will still be applied. The discount is only valid for the dates listed on the promo. You may redeem one promotion code per order.
